Usualy you tattoo yourself to manify part of your body or all of it. Here you’ve got the opposit, although it’s a great piece of art talking about the work donne, it’s realy horrifying to watch. Personaly, I don’t think I would have such a face in my bed or in front of my plate every day ! Maybe the only moment would be Halloween!
