That picture is incredibly photoshopped, and poorly at that. I’m sorry but i do not believe any of this aisde from Minnesota possibly being dumb enough to pass a law forbidding kids to pierce themselves. This is only going to inspire the kids to pierce themselves places that can’t be seen which is much more dangerous than a DIY eyebrow or lip. As for the picture though, VERY photoshopped.

It’s one of the uggliest piercing picture I’ve ever seen I think ! How can someone make of his face such a horror! To me, it’s not art anymore but a urgent need to go to a psychatric hospital!
Apart from the fact that some of his piercings are dangerous. As anything else, piecing or tattooing are evolving with time , fashion and will of people, and with it law as well. I think it’s a good thing, but law doesn’t prevent from everything ! Especially from madness!

Oh my gosh, haha. I am at a complete loss as to what to say to anyone who believes this is real! The ”4 to 6 inch rod driven through the top of the eye socket and up through to the top of the skull” is MOST CERTAINLY a ”photoshop product” - if that does not seem obvious to you in a common sense way you should at least be able to identify that fact simply by looking at the quality in the picture! Oh dear.

for me about the bill, it could deter fanatics but in long run like sophie said it could just inspire youngsters to pierce thereselves.

Im sorry but this is one of the worst photo shopped pictures ever. its only to the naive eye (commonly folks above the age of 30 ) who find it more believable that someone could pierce half of their face rather than a picture is altered with the use of program ie: Breuleux and citizen modena. the big bar going through his head is pixelated rather than the whole pictured (obvious indication that the bar was maximized to fit the size of his head) beside the fact that he would require surgeons to implant the piece and it would be clearly be passing through important pieces of tissue. the result of his would not be drooling (also an extremely bad photo shop effort) it would be death the man would not have left the piercing room/ hospital in any way other than by body bag. I understand that the world is getting out of control but sometimes things aren’t quite what they seem.
