what do they look like under normal light? just white? or it’s actually black?

How these tattoos appear in light... can be seen in third picture.
Even I have no idea about the skincancer... If anyone wish to help in increasing our knowledge about this then they are most welcome...

Many people are asking about there doubts about these tattoos so I am giving the entire info which is asked about. There is no word about the price of the tattoo. ya its ink comes in 18 different colors and the tattoo takes 12-18 months to up. I am including the quote of Richie about the skincancer. ”According to our manufacturer’s records, this ink received USFDA [U.S. Food and Drug Administration] approval in 1995 for use in animals, plants and fish for the purpose of tracking migration, growth patterns and breeding.” However, there is no mention of human beings in the FDA approval :)
