while Mr Gupta is a great tattooist, he is double the price of the other great artists ($300 an hr). You don’t find out his rate until after you pay a non ref $50 consult fee. He has an overinflated ego, charges for estimated hours (actual hrs could be considerable less time) plus you have to pay in advance.
